EMS Notification

An individual who possesses an automatic or semi-automatic defibrillator must submit written notification to the closest emergency medical services program.

Maintenance

It must be ensured that the defibrillator or semi-automatic defibrillator is maintained and tested in accordance with the manufacturer's operational guidelines.
